On the night of the twelfth

On the night of the twelfth, the three jams are also designed. If the sun goes down, it is not permissible for a person to throw the three stones on the eleventh, twelfth and thirteenth days before the end. They threw, even if the throwing before the demise is permissible, for the Prophet peace be upon him to his nation, either by doing, or saying, or approval.

But if he is forced to cross the jam, or to go to the Jamarat in the middle of the day, to delay throwing the night, the night time to throw, as there is no evidence that throwing is not valid at night, the Prophet peace be upon him the first time throwing and not the last time, As it came at all, to remain on its release, so that evidence is restricted by reason or time.

And to warn the pilgrim of complacency in the throwing of the Jamarat, it is the people who are negligent in it, Vukl who is designed, and is able to throw himself, and this is not permissible and does not divide, because God says in his book: (And completed Hajj and Umrah to God) (Baqarah: 196) (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) did not allow his weak family to appoint those who throw at them. Rather, they were allowed to go from Muzdalifah at the end of the night to throw themselves before the crowds, but when necessary, there is nothing wrong with the power of attorney, As if the pilgrim was ill or large, he could not reach the Jamarat, or was a pregnant woman who feared for herself or her child. In this case May be power of attorney.

We have to celebrate the rites of Allah, not to disobey them, and to do what we can do for ourselves because it is worship, as the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: " But make tawaaf in the house and in Safa and al-Marwah. " Narrated by Abu Daoud and al-Tirmidhi .

The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: “No one should be alienated until the last of his reign is in the house." The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: (Peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said: "If a woman is menstruating or menstruating, The Prophet (peace and blessings of Allaah be upon him) said to him that Saffiyyah had passed the tawaaf al-ifaadah. This must be the last tawaaf, and we know that what some people do when they go to Mecca, they will go to the farewell tawaaf and then return to Mina, and they will travel to the Jamarat, and they will travel from there. This is a mistake, and they do not recite the farewell tawaaf, in the house, but they made their last covenant with the stones.
